PodFocus HQ operates from 191 Carla Hollow — a dedicated podcast studio built for creators who want broadcast-grade audio without the Dublin commute. We work with hosts, brands, and agencies across Ireland and beyond.
Whether you're launching episode one or scaling a show past 50 instalments, our studio is set up for every stage of the production arc.
A 25-minute conversation about your audience, goals, and existing content. No forms, no obligation — just a direct chat with our lead producer.
We define episode structure, intro/outro music direction, segment flow, and brand voice. You receive a show blueprint document before any recording begins.
Record at 191 Carla Hollow using our treated room and broadcast mics, or record remotely with our guided setup kit shipped to your door.
Noise reduction, EQ balancing, dynamic compression, music beds, and final mastering. We deliver broadcast-standard audio files within 72 hours of raw upload.
SEO-optimised show notes, full transcripts, audiogram clips for social, and episode artwork — all bundled with each delivery.
We push to Apple, Spotify, Google, Amazon, and niche directories. Monthly, we review analytics together and adjust strategy.

Most podcasts fail not because of poor audio quality, but because of unclear positioning. Before we touch a single waveform, we work with you to define who you're speaking to, what transformation you're offering listeners, and how each episode ladder connects to your broader goals — whether that's brand authority, lead generation, community building, or pure creative expression.
Our strategy sessions draw on audience research frameworks adapted from broadcast media planning. We map listener personas, identify content gaps in your niche, and build an editorial calendar that sustains momentum past the common "podfade" danger zone around episodes 8–12.
This isn't a one-off consultation. Strategy is woven into every monthly review, every episode debrief, and every decision about format evolution. The result: shows that grow because they're built on a foundation, not just enthusiasm.
"The strategy work changed how I think about content. Every episode now has a purpose beyond just publishing."— Niamh Tierney, host of The Quiet Disruptor
You have an idea but haven't recorded yet. You need format design, branding, a pilot episode, and distribution setup.
You've published episodes but growth has plateaued. You need an audit, better production quality, and a refreshed strategy.
You want to show up, record, and let us handle everything else — from editing to distribution to guest coordination.
